Board Game
Board Games1–4 playersen
In Take Time, a cooperative card game from Libellud, the whole table wins or loses as one. Each round you face a Clock: a circular card divided into segments, each with its own condition. Between you, the team must place 12 cards facedown around it, going clockwise, so that every segment's rule is met when the cards are finally turned over. Talking it through as a group is part of the challenge, and the cards stay hidden until the reveal.
The game holds 40 of these Tests spread over 10 chapters of four Clocks each, with a journey through illustrated worlds that runs from Awakening all the way to Rebirth. Each chapter adds stricter constraints, and you progress at your own pace, replaying a level until it falls.
Alexi Piovesan and Julien Prothière designed it, Maud Chalmel drew it, and it takes two to four players from age 10, with sessions of about thirty minutes.
