You may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in your order, then confirm — two steps, and you get a confirmation by email straight away. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund what you paid for what you withdraw from — and the standard shipping too when you withdraw from the whole order.
