Guild law, written twice: once for the fiction, once for the record. The plain text is binding.
Article I — Who signs the ledger
The Guildmaster wears a public face only where the law demands one. This is that page, the one place on this site where the work is named plainly: the guilds gather to play, and the Guildmaster fetches what they cannot reach — quietly, and with every duty paid.

Article II — What a pre-order is
You claim a crate on a run that has not yet sailed.
A pre-order is a purchase of sealed trading card or tabletop game product that our suppliers have promised us but not yet shipped. If they let us down, we refund you. All delivery dates shown are estimates. You pay the full amount at the time of ordering.
Article III — If the cargo is lost
When a run fails, the Guildmaster makes it right: your coin returns in full.
If we cannot deliver your pre-order (in whole or in part), you receive a full refund of the undeliverable part, including proportional shipping, via your original payment method within 14 days of us informing you. No vouchers. No store credit unless you ask for it.
Article IV — Your right to walk away (herroepingsrecht)
Any member may renounce a claim within a fortnight of the cargo landing.
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht), starting the day you (or someone you appointed) receive the goods. To withdraw, send us an unambiguous statement (email suffices) within that period; you may use the model withdrawal form prescribed by EU law but you don't have to. Return the goods within 14 days of your statement; return shipping is at your cost. We refund the full purchase price including original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), via your original payment method. For sealed product, you may inspect the outside as you would in a shop; if seals are broken or the product is used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value. You can also withdraw BEFORE delivery — that always yields a full, immediate refund.
Article V — Prices and tax
The price on the manifest is the price you pay.
All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay and depends on the destination zone (Netherlands / rest of EU) and the number of items in the parcel; above an order-value threshold per zone it is free. The exact amount always appears at checkout before payment.
Article VI — Delivery
When the ship docks, your crate moves the same week.
We ship pre-orders as soon as we receive the stock, normally within 5 working days of arrival. You'll receive a confirmation when your order ships. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
Article VII — Complaints
Grievances are heard at the long table.
Email us; we respond within 14 days. If we can't resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the competent Dutch court. Dutch law applies.
