Secret Lair
Introducing Kaito Shizuki, from Secret Lair, uses five Magic: The Gathering cards to tell a short story about the ninja planeswalker from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. This copy is the traditional foil edition, so all five cards shine, and every one of them was illustrated by Rorubei in a borderless layout.
The spell list leans into Kaito's world of sneaking, spying and stealing secrets: Brain Freeze, Bribery, Snap, Unmask and Shadow of Doubt. Kaito turns up in each piece of art, sometimes joined by his companion Himoto, and several cards received new flavor text written for this release. A surprise bonus card rides along in the box, in this superdrop usually a foil extended art Sliver.
It suits Commander players who run blue and black tricks and want them to match, and Kamigawa fans who collect anything with Kaito on it.
