Secret Lair
Restless in Peace was one of the original seven Secret Lair drops and remains one of the most striking. Dan Mumford illustrated its three cards so that, placed side by side, they join into a single panorama of a graveyard where the dead refuse to stay buried, all in his vivid, high contrast style.
The box holds Bloodghast, Golgari Thug and Life from the Loam, printed in non-foil only. As with the rest of the first wave, a foil stained-glass War of the Spark planeswalker comes with it as a bonus, picked at random from a small group assigned to this drop.
The theme fits the cards well: all three return from the graveyard or bring things back from it, and they are long time favourites of dredge and lands decks in Legacy, Modern and Commander. That makes this drop a fine choice for graveyard players, as well as for Mumford fans who want the full scene on display.
