Secret Lair
Rule the Room gathers four legendary monarchs from across the Magic multiverse and paints them as regal portraits. Peter Diamond handled all four, giving each ruler a borderless canvas, rich colour and a confident, almost royal court painting pose.
The non-foil box contains Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Arcanis the Omnipotent, Queen Marchesa and Savra, Queen of the Golgari, with fresh flavor text on Arcanis and Savra. Each box also has a foil extended art Sliver as its surprise bonus, either Predatory Sliver or Opaline Sliver.
Every card here is a legendary creature, so all four can lead a Commander deck. Queen Marchesa is a popular monarch commander, Brimaz brings a steady stream of cat tokens and Arcanis is a classic card draw engine, and the publisher jokingly crowned him a royal for this drop. The drop suits players who build around a single throne as well as collectors who enjoy portrait style art across colours.
