Secret Lair
Showcase Neon Dynasty takes four older Magic: The Gathering cards and prints them in the neon ink foil treatment that debuted with Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Neon ink foil was the only way this Secret Lair drop was sold, so there is no plain or traditional foil counterpart.
The four cards are Ghostly Prison (Ai Nanahira), Freed from the Real (SENNSU), Boseiju, Who Shelters All (Esuthio) and Hall of the Bandit Lord (ZOUNOSE). All of them wear the Neon Dynasty showcase frame, and the fluorescent ink layered under the foil makes them glow in a way regular printings cannot. Each box also hides one unannounced extra card.
Boseiju and Hall of the Bandit Lord are legendary lands that Commander players still reach for, while Ghostly Prison protects a board in multiplayer games. Collectors chasing neon ink cards will want the set for the finish alone.
