Board Game
Board Games2–4 playersen
Azul casts you as a tiler decorating the Royal Palace of Evora for the Portuguese king. Each round, four tiles are drawn from the bag onto every Factory display. On your turn you claim every tile of a single colour from one display and slide the rest into the middle, or take one colour from the middle instead. Your picks fill the five pattern lines on your board, and each completed line sends one tile across to the wall, scoring more when it touches others. Anything you cannot use lands on the floor line and costs points.
The 100 resin tiles, twenty in each of five colours, are a pleasure to handle, and every choice also decides what the next player is left with.
Designed by Michael Kiesling for Plan B Games, Azul won the Spiel des Jahres. It plays 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up in 30 to 45 minutes, and the grey reverse of the boards gives a freer variant.
Sealed en product. Price includes VAT (21% or margin scheme — your invoice states which); delivery dates are estimates. We ship across the EU.
